The Director of Operations and Client Care is responsible for complete satisfaction from our clients, affiliates, and partners. As the nucleus of communication for our team the Director of Operations and Client Care manages our service deliverables including Marketing, Advertising, and Vendor relations. As an intricate component of the Iconic Living Team the Director of Operations and Client Care is also a Licensed Agent and holds various industry certifications and training. These certifications include - but are not limited to - REPA® Certification (Real Estate Professional Assistant) from the National Association of REALTORS® and has specialized expertise in helping real estate professionals manage their business while strengthening relationships.
In a survey conducted by the National Association of Realtors, the number one complaint Home Sellers had regarding their selling experience was the lack of consistent communication from their Agent. At the Iconic Living Team, we have resolved this by implementing a dedicated Director of Client Care to aid in weekly follow-up and communication with our Clients. This communication is supplemental to the communication from your Listing Agent and does not replace it. The entire Iconic Living Team remains engaged in a systematic approach that keeps you consciously informed at every stage of the sales process.
